Refund Policy 


As per the Constitution of Spiritual Care Australia (Section 11.3): The annual subscription is payable in advance on the date determined by the Board and no subsequent resignation, suspension, termination or forfeiture of Membership by a Member exempts the Member from payment of the current year's subscription or entitles the Member to any pro-rata reimbursement of the annual subscription or any other fee.


Unless specifically stated on the event notice, our cancellation policy is: Cancellations must be notified in writing to SCA one week before the event to be eligible for a full refund. After such time, no refund will be provided for cancellations or no shows. A substitute delegate is welcome to attend in your place. The name of substitute should be provided two days before the event.
